The implementation of a marine project is necessarily complex, particularly in the case of tourist submarines and underwater habitats. However, even at this industry's youthful current stage, most of the major mistakes have already been made by someone.
At U.S. Submarines we are uniquely cognizant of the problems that have plagued early operators, and we have developed our Project Viability Analysis to keep our clients from making any number of costly and economically debilitating mistakes.
The nature of the analysis is simple. The client outlines their plans for the marine project. We analyze the plans in some depth and make a series of formal written recommendations for improvement. We also rate the project's potential for economic success based on our knowledge of, and experience with, similar existing operations.
The viability analysis is executed on an hourly fee basis, and may well be the most intelligent yet modest investment a potential operator can make.
